The proximity and presence of a parent makes the child constantly experience "the effect of satisfaction" - a profound influence on feeling of safety and trust of the child which he or she develops towards herself/himself and the world. Our products are created in close cooperation with paediatricians, orthopaedists and physiotherapists. Under their supervision and in accordance to the guidance of the advisers as regards baby slings and soft baby carriers as well as the users themselves, our designers have created a product corresponding to all the current standards and requirements stipulated for modern ergonomics.
Good to know: thanks to even distribution of load on the parent's shoulders and hips as well as keeping the centre of gravity near the adult’s body,the baby seems to be much lighter if carried in a carrier, as your spine and arms are not to overburdened. Most of the baby's weight rests on the wearer's hips. You can comfortably carry your baby on your stomach or back. The baby carrier provides a position with M-shaped feet (so-called physiological frog). It shapes the proper development of the hip and spine.
Safety
Zaffiro slings comply with the latest European Safety Standards PN-EN 13209-2: 2016-04. They are made of anti-allergenic materials representing the highest quality, confirmed by certificate OEKO-TEX Standard 100, restricting the permitted levels of harmful formaldehyde, phthalate and BPA. The reliable three-point hip belt buckle manufactured by the world brand Duraflex is equipped with a lock protecting it from accidental unfastening. The special design of the profiled hip belt combined with a wide carrying strap and the solid, sturdy buckle guarantee your child's safety when he or she is being carried around. The carrier is designed in such a manner that the child's legs are set apart and that supports the development of the hip joints. On the other hand, the wide and soft panel covering the baby's back maintains the anatomical shape of the spine. At the same time the soft collar (headrest) serves as the support for the baby's head.

Responsibility
The baby carrier can be used as early as in case of 4 months old babies (only with a specially profiled stabilizer insert sold separately). This is the time when the baby is already supporting her or his own head. After the 5th or 6 th month the insert is not necessary anymore. You can carry the baby from the moment he or she is able to sit, but the child does not have to sit on her or his own - usually around 5th or 6th month of life (in some cases it requires more time). This is important as the baby’s backbone is still developing and placing baby in such a position too early can contribute to the defects of the baby's spine and hips.
The health and proper development of your baby are of utmost significance from our perspective. We suggest you consulting your paediatrician as regards the use of the baby carrier and how to carry the baby, as the developmental defects concerning the baby and some somatic symptoms can constitute counter-indication.
